Our very own Will Horst has written a one-act play which will be performed at the New Works Festival presented by HACC Theatre.
The play depicts a heated dialog between two young men, one African-American, one Caucasian, about racial bias, interracial friendship, and interracial sex. It was chosen as a winner in a competition, along with two other short plays. Please note, this play contains frank and raw language and probably wouldn't be appropriate for children.
Friday, February 23rd: The performance begins at 7:30, to be followed by a reception hosted by HACC Theatre faculty. Audience members, actors, the production team, and the playwrights are invited to mingle at this informal event.
Saturday, February 24th: The performance begins at 7:30, to be followed by a "Talk-Back" with the directors, actors and playwrights. Please join us as this is an opportunity for everyone to gain insight into the creative process!
